Any order implies unreserved acceptance of the Terms of Sale in force on the date of the order. Some provisions apply only to consumer or non-professional Customers; they are indicated as such.

3.Services offered

The Provider offers in particular:

  • Web hosting: shared hosting of websites and applications (PHP, WordPress, developer plans) on the Provider's infrastructure in Besançon;
  • Le Laboratoire: isolated virtualised environments for learning and experimenting in computing and cybersecurity, offered in collaboration with [ASSOCIATION PARTENAIRE];
  • The Customer Area: service management portal, included in every subscription.

The characteristics of each plan (resources, options, limits) are described in the Customer Area at the time of ordering.

4.Ordering from the Customer Area

All orders are placed from the Customer Area. The Customer chooses their service, checks the summary and the price, corrects any errors, then confirms and pays. A confirmation email summarises the order.

The Provider may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute, manifestly incorrect information or an intended use contrary to the "Acceptable use" article.

5.Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the amount displayed is the amount paid.

Subscriptions are payable in advance, per [MENSUELLE / ANNUELLE] period, by bank card or by the methods offered in the Customer Area, via our secure payment provider [Mollie]. The Provider never has access to the Customer's bank details. Invoices are available in the Customer Area.

Any price change is notified to the Customer at least [30] days before it applies; the Customer may then cancel free of charge.

6.Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are concluded for the chosen period and are tacitly renewed for an identical term, unless cancelled.

The Customer may cancel at any time from their Customer Area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, already paid. For consumer Customers, the Provider gives written notice of the option not to renew an annual contract, in accordance with article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code.

7.Activation and availability

The service is activated within [DÉLAI DE MISE EN SERVICE] after payment is confirmed.

The Provider uses the necessary means to ensure availability of [TAUX DE DISPONIBILITÉ]% per month, excluding planned maintenance announced on the Service status page. This is an obligation of means. Backups are made [FRÉQUENCE] and kept [DURÉE]; they do not exempt the Customer from keeping their own copies.

8.Right of withdrawal

If the Customer expressly requests that the service begin before the end of this period, they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service provided until their withdrawal (article L.221-25). The refund is made within fourteen (14) days, using the same means of payment.

12.Liability

The Provider is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations, except where caused by the Customer, a third party or force majeure. Towards professional Customers, its liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the amount paid over the last twelve (12) months. Nothing herein limits the statutory rights of consumer Customers.

13.Force majeure
